Manifest the life of your dreams …

Are you one of those people who think that you have little control over the things that play out in your life? Do you often feel like things are happening to you, making you feel like a victim? Do you ever feel like some people are just so lucky and seem to have it all?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above same as I did few years back, then I am going to say something to you that will literally make the gears in your mind twitch for a moment. You are and have always been one thousand percent responsible for every single thing that has happened to you in your life. Before you freak out, let me tell you how and why.

Life didn’t come with a guidebook! We write it as we go along, and sometimes we fudge it!

The more guidelines and wisdom we have, the better we can navigate through the field of material reality to manifest the life of our dreams.

According to the Law of Attraction, you’re a human magnet pulling into your life whatever you focus on. When you think a thought or feel a feeling, you’re broadcasting vibrations out into the Universe which the Law of Attraction matches with people and circumstances of like vibration. The Law of Attraction only matches. That’s its only job.

What You Think + What You Feel = What You Attract

This means that every single thought, emotion or feeling that you’ve had, has somehow shaped your reality to what it is today. This also means that you are the sole creator of your reality and you can attract anything that you want into your life.

It wasn’t until five years ago, when I began to seek knowledge on my own that would further my understanding of the law of attraction. All of a sudden, I felt an urgency to connect with the universe and understand what life is all about. So I started learning and studying about Human mind. I yearned to understand how I could make the law of attraction work for me. From all the seminars I’ve attended, the books that I’ve read and the countless articles and videos that I’ve seen over the years, here are my top tips to help you manifest the life of your dreams:

1. Be clear about what it is that you want. 

Before you can manifest, you need to get clear about what it is that you truly want. It sounds simple but you’d be surprised about how many people declare they want “change” in their life, yet refuse to get clear about what they’d like to see as a result. Confusion and back and forth battles with yourself creates just that – it creates more confusion and not to mention frustration!

Instead, make a list of all the things you desire and embody the feeling of what it would be like to achieve it. Time in meditation and deep-reflection has played a huge role in this for me. In 2012, when I found myself exhausted from living a routine life that didn’t feel like my own, I declared that it was time for change. I got clear that my days moving forward were going to be all about doing things that truly make me happy. I told myself, if something isn’t making me happy, I just wasn’t going to do it anymore. I decided that a new passion was necessary; one that worked with people, inspired and motivated. Since then, I’ve started hiking for charity in several countries, got certified as a life coach and started changing people’s life around me, which gave my life more meaning and I became more happier each day.

2. Forget about how. 

After you get clear about the change you want to see in your life, the one thing you don’t want to do is get stuck worrying about how everything will fall into place. This ignites a feeling of fear and confusion, causing you to only attract things you don’t want!

My biggest advice is to trust and believe that the universe will handle how everything will unfold and instead think about why you want change. Focusing on why will allow positive feelings to arise; therefore, allowing you to embody the feelings that will turn your desires into reality.

3. IMAGINE it in the now.

Imagine how it FEELS to have what you desire RIGHT NOW! Whatever you are feeling and focused upon right now is what you are in vibrational harmony with and are attracting into your life.

4. Take action! 

When you plant a seed in the ground you know a principal exists that if it gets the right amount of sunshine and water, it will grow. The same thing holds true for manifesting. When you get clear about what you want, you plant a seed. But, if you don’t nurture the seed, your dreams will never come into reality.

Start with your thoughts. I find that people spend most of their time thinking and talking about all the things they don’t want to happen. As we’ve learned by now, this only attracts more of the nasty things we’re trying to avoid. Manifesting, then, means making the effort to catch these thoughts and consciously rearranges them so that they are working in your favour.

Use affirmations, visualizations or meditative techniques to help you access the feeling of what it is you truly want. The key here is to do activities that help to uplift you energetically.

5. Feel like you already have what you want.

Be like a kid who allows no impossibility to enter her manifesting realm. “Feeling” helps us release any doubt and negative energy. It generates excitement and positive feelings, which support us to take inspired action! So go test drive that car you want, or feel what it will be like to have the perfect partner in your life, because feeling is believing!

6. LIVE your life from your Heart.

This might be the MOST IMPORTANT step. Make sure all your interactions come from a place of love. What you put out into the Universe comes back to you. This is a Universal truth. If you’re putting out negative, ego-based, selfish energy – THAT’S what you’ll bring back to you. I can’t emphasise this enough. I really believe this is the true secret to manifesting the life of your dreams. If you put out loving energy, it WILL return to you. I promise.

Final Words

Don’t be too hard on yourself! Simply recognising that you are the sole creator of your reality is a huge step in itself. By beginning to catch yourself having negative thoughts and feelings about your life, you are bringing about awareness that will allow you to slowly shift into a more positive space.
